Error: An Amazon Pay payment method was not chosen

Hi,
We’re unable to get Amazon Pay checkout working.
Firstly, I can confirm that we meet the requirements for the plugin. We had it working fine on the older copy of the site, which we just redesigned, and now checkout is not working on the new site.
Login to Amazon seems to work fine during the checkout process, however, when we reach the final payment step, we’re receiving an error message, “Error: An Amazon Pay payment method was not chosen.”
We’ve tried everything we could think of to troubleshoot this, including:
– Confirming that the Amazon Pay API keys are hooked up correctly, multiple times.
– Deactivating and reactivating the Amazon Pay plugin.
– Deleting all plugin specific database rows from the Options table, reactivating the plugin, and re-setting up the Amazon connection and keys.I’ve uploaded helpful screenshots of the plugin settings page, the error showing on the checkout, the WooCommerce log here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1iDdvBSLq0LLNxcu9dGyVh9og0IohVdR_?usp=sharing

Currently we have the Amazon Pay plugin disabled, but I can enable this if you would like to review the site settings.
