• Hello,

    I use the BackWPup plugin on 3 different websites. On the first and the second, it’s working very well from the beginning. Those sites are very light.

    On the third, at the beginning, it was working. But now I’ve got a memory error.

    PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 704512 bytes) in /###/###/###/###/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 2056 [28-Mar-2022 17:08:45] ERROR: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 704512 bytes)

    First I’ve searched on the Forum.
    So I’ve already change the value in BackWPup > Settings > Jobs to 15 seconds.

    Secondly I’ve tried to split the complete backup into four different task :
    – on one side the file’s backup is working well ;
    – but on the other side the database, XML and extension backups are not working.

    Thirdly, on the forum I’ve found the link to https://woocommerce.com/document/increasing-the-wordpress-memory-limit/
    So I’ve already add the WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT variable into the wp-config.php file.
    I can’t access to the php.ini file. If I change the .htaccess file all the website crash.

    Moreover it seems that when I backup only the database there is also a backup of some files.

    Could you help me please ?

    Thank you.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
