Error after uploading a csv file

Howdy!

First thing: Can you check your System Status to see if you have the latest version of WooCommerce (3.6.4) and that your WooCommerce Database” version matches that as well?

If not, please update to version 3.6.4 to see if that helps.

If that doesn’t, please try increasing your max file size following the information here:

If that still doesn’t help, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

System Status looks good as far as I can tell.

Typically, issues like this may be caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. How we usually address this type of issue is to have you temporarily switch back to a default WordPress theme such as “Twenty Ninenteen” or “Storefront” and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce (this includes any plugins in “Must-use” or “Drop-ins” – like the ET Support Center plugin). Make sure you have a full website backup before testing, or ideally test on a staging site.

If that resolves the issue, then re-enable features one-by-one until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.

I’d also recommend checking for any caching and disabling that (plugins and server-side).
