Fatal error: Class ‘semperfi_Customize_Textarea_Control’ not found in *******/wp-content/themes/adventure/functions.php on line 794

    Any idea how to fix.

There was also an error in single.php, so I just reverted back to 3.6.

  • Just downloaded it & it worked fine for me. Re-upload a fresh, unpacked, copy of the theme’s folder to wp-content/themes using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

Tried that also, and just tried it again.

When viewing a single post I get this error:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_ENDWHILE in *****/html/wp-content/themes/adventure/single.php on line 53

When trying to enter the theme cutomization I get this error:
Fatal error: Class ‘semperfi_Customize_Textarea_Control’ not found in *****/wp-content/themes/adventure/functions.php on line 794

Fatal error: Call to a member function check_capabilities() on a non-object in /home/tonisemi/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-customize-control.php on line 161

I can no longer access the theme Control Panel

Same issue when trying to update to 3.8 also.

The upgrade to 3.9 seems to have corrected my problems. Thanks!

Could you create a widgetized footer area for this theme?

Um,ya I’ll add a widget footer to my to do list. Are you looking for something similar to my theme Semper Fi? You can view my personal website for a demo of it at https://schwarttzy.com/

Yes, like the widget footer there. I like having that area widgetized.

Cool, I’ll try to add it in a version or two. Unless you’re willing to throw a bit of cash my way, then I could get on it right away.

Is buying the theme considered throwing cash your way?

    (@schwarttzy)

Um… ya I guess that would be fine.

I purchased the theme, but the download link doesn’t seem to be working. Every time I click the download button, I am redirected to the screen where I enter my order # and my email address. I enter them again, and the page loads. I scroll down, hit the download button, and I am redirected to the login screen again.

It’s likely your using the wrong code. I really need to redo the video so that everything is explained properly, but I haven’t had the time for a while now. I’ll email it to you in a bit.

Check out the new footer widget area in version 4.1. Did some neat stuff with the CSS to complement the unique look of this theme. Tell me what you think. Next update I’ll try to add some options too.

I can’t seem to get the footer widgets to display?

I haven’t updated the Premium code yet, computer crapped out.
