  • Upgrade has completely broken our site. We can’t even access it. Receiving Server error 500. Please help! We’re desperate and on a deadline.

It killed my site as well. It even deleted the public_html folder containing all of the website info. I put up another theme and at least my site is back online.

What theme did you switch to:

Did you have to restore your site from a backup?

Can you switch back to Local Business from version 2.0.5?

I’m using HostGator, Duplicator plugin for backup and BackUpWordPress plugin for backup, I have backups, am I going to have to restore from a last good backup to resolve this?

We reloaded 2.0.5 and activated it and all is well. But whatever you do, don’t upgrade until they make some corrections! geez, what a way to start the day.

    I did the same

Problem is developer/Forum moderator do not respond to many of the Local Business questions on this forum

I emailed them about the issue. They have just released version 2.0.7 and all is well.

Actually my footer widgets had been repalced with the default ones but mine were hiding within inactive widgets so easy to replace.

I’m glad all is well as I like this theme.

thanks for the update on this.
