After updating the plugin this morning, I see the following error in the logs.

Yes I updated to 2.6.14 and crashed wordpress site. I deactivated Woocommerce plugin and site comes up so definitely the update. I hope there is a resolution.

Wow, going on four days and still no acknowledgment from anyone. We pay for a fair number of woo related plugins and others related. I’m getting a little nervous about the support.

Hope that thread helps you.

Its community support on this forum so it can be a bit hit and miss. Personally I don’t where to start with this issue. The WooCommerce team only posts here occasionally. I understand WooThemes offer a paid support service. or, if no one chimes in, you may need to hire someone:

If we cannot count on them to at least acknowledge us when we pay for a number of their plugins already, then maybe we’ll have to look at coding this ourselves as we’ve done with many other plugins that aren’t well supported.

In our case, we don’t need as much functionality as wc has but it was a quicker choice.
