    Hi,

I’ve been using this wonderful plugin for quite sometime. Today after updating WP 6.2.1 I found the plugin stop working. It says: “This block has encountered an error and cannot be previewed.”
Switching between edit HTML or visually doesn’t help.

    I’m using WP 6.2.1 and plugin ver.4.4.12?

Hope it can be solved soon. Thanks

    Hi,

I try to switch to Classic Editor (using plugin) and able to put Google Play shortcode. Now there’s another error message just below the dislay:
WP-APPBOX:?The App Store is not recognized.?

The shortcode is: [appbox googleplay com.***apps_name***]

Have you checked the shortcode via the text editor? Does it contain any special characters? Where does the message appear? On the page or in the editor? Can’t verify and reproduce with Classic Editor…

Gutenberg is only supported by WP-Appbox on a experimental basis, so far I have not found a solution for the problem with WordPress 6.2.x.

OK, I can edit in text editor, update post and the error message is gone. Not sure if there’s any special characters left from switching between Gutenberg to Classic Editor. Thanks for your support.
