Error after update to 3.5

  • I have the following errors after update to wordpress 3.5

    Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘/home/content/82/7996882/html/wp-includes/load.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/local/php5/lib/php’) in /home/content/82/7996882/html/wp-settings.php on line 21

    Any idea how to fix these errors?
