error after update: no payment methods available to you (mollie)

    Hi there,

    I did not find an answer to my question so… ??

    I updated my WooCommerce plugin and now the (mollie) payment methods are not visible anymore, the checkout gives an error:

    The error (Dutch):
    Sorry, het lijkt erop dat er geen betaalmethoden beschikbaar zijn voor je staat. Neem contact met ons op als je hulp nodig hebt of op zoek bent naar alternatieve mogelijkheden.

    Translated to English:
    Sorry, it appears that there are no payment methods available to you. Contact us if you need help or are looking for alternative options.

    Can you please help me? Maybe the PHP version is the problem? I put an a maintenance screen at this moment due to this error.

    Plugins which extend WooCommerce with additional payment methods (such as the Pronamic Pay and Mollie Payments for WooCommerce plugins), can be configured through the settings page at WordPress admin ? WooCommerce ? Settings ? Tab ‘Payments’. I’d suggest checking if the payment methods are still enabled or maybe disable and then re-enable them there.

    Hi Reuel, thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately, it does not work yet. The payment methods were enabled, so I disabled and enabled them (in the Mollie environment – and refresh payments in Woocommerce). I still get the message

    My webshop is not new.. active since 2016, so the configuration etc. is (was) completed en fully functional.

    This looks like there might be some issues with the Mollie integration after the update. I’d suggest contacting the support team of the integration so they can have a look into the connection there.
