I use the paid version of the plugin, and since the last update I have been experiencing a series of problems on the site.

The ads inserted in locations disappear, and only return after clearing the site cache. Even then they disappear again.

The Advanced Ads plugin widget has disappeared, and I cannot put the ads back in place with the shortcodes. In other words, it has been very difficult to work with the ads for 24 hours.

An urgent fix or update is needed to reverse the problems.

    Hello @rafael1338,

    Thank you for reaching out!

I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’re facing with the latest Advanced Ads updates. Please rest assured that we are actively working on resolving the reported problems to release a fix as soon as possible.

We are already working on a solution for the inaccessible classic widget issue. Please note that you can still deliver the ads in a similar way using shortcodes to ensure the ads are still delivered.

Regarding the ads disappearing until the cache is cleared, since this is related to the Pro plugin, could you please provide more details about your setup via our customer support form on our website? This will help us assist you more effectively.

We appreciate your patience and understanding.

    Best regards,
