    Hi,

Just after clicking to submit my email address I get this:
Fatal error: Cannot use object of type WP_Error as array in D:\Plesk\VHOSTS\domain.co.uk\httpdocs\wp-content\plugins\bruteprotect\admin\mybp-post_processing.php on line 34

I now have no API key, or anyway of getting one.

Hosting is a Windows 2008 IIS, I have many other WP sites, running BruteProtect on this server.

    Any ideas?

    Regards

    Paul

Hey Paul– sorry for the delayed response on this– were you able to make any progress?

That’s a very strange error, as we explicitly are checking to make sure that it’s not a WP_Error in response.

    Hi,
I’ve removed and re-added the plugin and I now have a API Key displayed.
But on the BruteProtect dashboard I am seeing “Statistics are currently unavailable.”

    Any idea why?

    Cheers

    Paul,

It is possible that your site is having troubles connecting to our API.

Can you try updating to the latest version of BruteProtect, and clicking the debug link at the bottom of the BruteProtect configuration page in your WordPress dashboard. Then click “Send Report”.

Let me know we you’ve sent it, and I’ll see if there is any insight.

    Thanks
