Error after press pay button on mercadopago website

  • Hi, I have a problem with the woocommerce plugin for mercadopago, I configured the three APIs, and activate MercadoPago’s Checkout, with the sandbox works fine, but with live version doesn’t work properly, after press pay button show an error page with this message: “Oh, no, something is wrong.” This is on mercadopago page. So, I tried to use MercadoPago’s Custom Checkout for use directly credit cards, but show a list for month quotes without any item to choose, and can’t change or delete this list options and if this is empty can’t go ahead with the pay. Somebody know how I can fix someone of this errors?

    Plugin version of MercadoPago for Woocommerce: 4.1.1
    Wordpress version: 5.3.2
    PHP version: 7.1.33
