    Hi,

Wanted to use NS Cloner to create a duplicate of the main site, so we could try out the new theme.

Run the duplicate from the Network Admin, then access the backend admin area which is ok.

Then when visiting the frontend, it will show ERROR 403 – FORBIDDEN.

Try save the permalink in the backend, still got the same error.

    Please advise.

That’s really strange! I don’t think we’ve run into this scenario before. Is your network in subdomain or subdirectory mode? Are you very confident you have your .htaccess file settings correct? How many other sites do you have on your multisite network? Can you provide URLs so that we can take a look? We might also need you to send the logs – you can just use the Support button right inside the Cloner, copy and paste the log urls and send directly to us that way.

    Thanks!
