Error after installing WordPress 4.3

    After installing WordPress 4.3 you may get the following error (visibly if you have debug switched on or in the source)…

    Notice: The called constructor method for WP_Widget is deprecated since version 4.3.0! Use __construct() instead.

    I’m aware of this and will release a fix soon. If this is displaying visibly then a temporary fix is to set WP_DEBUG to false in WP-CONFIG.

    Testing the solution I’ve realised that this issue also prevents the widget options from working.

    I’ve now created the fix and I should be in a position to push it out (fingers crossed) on Monday.

    Version 2.2.3 has been released which should resolve this issue.
