Error After Install

i got the same error:

I have no other plugins installed, so that is not the issue here.

The author(s) have stated that this plugin currently does NOT work, in the very first paragraph on the plugin page.

I have an archived version of instapress for download. This newer version doesn’t seem to work.

What will I do to activate the plugin? I have the same error.
