Error after filling in form

    Things work great, but after filling in the form, the admin bar at the top disappears and an error shows up.

    The error seems to be different each time, one example is:

    Fatal error: Class ‘SimpleEcommCartGravityReader’ not found in /home/edufreedom/public_html/wp-content/plugins/simple-e-commerce-shopping-cart/models/SimpleEcommCartShortcodeManager.php on line 433
