    Hi graphic2,

Thank you very much for the heads up. Is this issue reproducible? And, if so, does it happen every time you save your key or just sometimes? Moreover, what host are you using and is your server Windows or Unix powered?

Oh, and just because it’s always better to know stuff, what operating system/browser (both type and version) is your client machine using? Sean, the programmer, may have more questions for you — sorry in advance — but what you fill out here will be a good start.

This week is a SUPER busy week for both Sean and I. Thus we both apologize in advance if it seems like we’re slow to help out. Hang in there for now, and note the way to solving this issue as quickly as possible is giving us enough information to reproduce it. ??

    Thanks!

LOL, graphic2, I completely forgot to ask what version of WordPress as well as Benchmark Email Lite are you using! I’m sure your answer will be WordPress 3.5.2 and Benchmark Email Lite 2.4.3 but it’s info we need to know. Additionally, have you tried reproducing the issue you’re seeing with all your other plugins deactivated?

    Amazing!
    Today the plugin does work!!
    Perfectly and completely..!

I think that the API key wasn’t immediatly active yesterday.

if you think that the problem isn’t for the API key, i reply to your question, we’re using:
    Hosting: Xlogic
    Unix powered

    Browser: Chrome version 28.0.1500.71
    Wordpress: version 3.5.1
    Benchmark Email Lite Version 2.4.3

    Hi graphic2,

Ah yes, weirdness with the API key. Sean does a much better job explaining why it happens sometimes, seems to have something to do with the network connection between your server and Benchmark Email’s API server, but just know we’re looking into a way to get rid of these kinds of annoyances.

Thanks for all the info by the way. And please do keep in touch if you notice any other forms of weirdness. ??

I have the same error code, and hopefully it will magically disappear tomorrow when I log in again. I’m looking forward to using this plugin. I’ve been a benchmark customer for 6 months and just today started looking for alternatives to make the sign up look a little more attractive ??
