Error after and Update

  • Hi,

    I am getting following error in Disqus comment section on my site posts:

    Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, function ‘dsq_comments_template’ not found or invalid function name in /home/infozone/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php on line 286

    This happened a week before when there was an update appeared with this plugin and it was updated.

    hmmm, that error doesn’t make sense at first glance. Have you contacted support yet? We probably need to look at the internal information (WordPress version, plugins, etc.). You can find the link to contact support and the diagnostic info in the “Support” tab of the plugin.

    I reinstalled the Plugin and re configure with my existing account and added it for my site but still Disqus not showing in comment section. You can see the error msg above showing that ‘dsq_comments_template’ not found or invalid function name. Means some issue with Plugin. I am using latest wordpress theme and also the plugin version is updated.

    What info more require? This is the Support Tab of this Plugin!

    Now I posted the issue in Plugin support page. It is not an issue of WordPress?
