    We tried repeatedly to reproduce the same error, but we’re not able to do so. Can you perhaps tell us if there is a specific browser/os combo you were using to get this error?

    We’d like to help but can’t replicate the error. We tried adding items to card repeatedly and removing and got no error.

    I just encountered this same error using chrome/windows 10. If I add another product (standard products set up in a woocommerce store) to my cart first, and then add ticket it will work. That is the workaround I propose so that we can sell tickets.

    It has also happened with safari on a mac, and IE/windows 10.

    We believe this was also resolved with the changes we made on email threads.
