error adding new site

I am getting “Mar 16 2025 16:30:24: Error occurred while automatically get Access key. SERVER_ERROR NO: 5 MSG: There is no access to add a new service. Policy about adding new sites without authorization is OFF. Allow adding new sites from the CleanTalk plugin settings on the page” when adding a new site to CleanTalk. I manually copied the access key and it still gives the error. Additionally, I have a multiple licenses of CleanTalk and my other sites are giving this error “Mar 16 2025 16:39:40: Error occurred on last SpamFireWall check. SpamFireWall database is outdated. Please, try to synchronize with the cloud.” Please advise what is happening.
