Error adding fields

  • It appears I have reached a field limit. When I go to save a newly added field, website jumps to “http:…/wp-admin/options.php” and field is not added. I can delete a field and add one back, but if I try to add another I get the same “error”
    My host has added and verified the “max_input_vars = 3000” per another ticket here but that did not help. With disabled fields, I have a total of 35 on the form.

  • Hi jimmieroush the following solution worked for person here in the support forum.

    • Create new file and add the following code it max_input_vars = 6000
    • Save the file with the following name php.ini
    • Upload the above file to wp-admin directory.

    Thanks but that had no effect
    35 fields is still the max, 36 sends me to the options.php

    How much memory is allocated to website by your host?
