Error Add New Achievement Type or Rank Type

    When trying to add a new Achievement or Rank, the page is blank.

    Some options I’ve already checked:

    – Disable plugins that may be in conflict
    – PHP version upgrade and downgrade

    Hi @agneljarede!

    I would be more tha happy to assist you today.

    I just did a test on my WordPress and it works perfectly.
    It is possible that you have installed in your WordPress some plugin or theme that is conflicting.
    Disable all plugins except GamiPress, then try to create points, ranks and achievements, if this works for you then try enabling the rest of the plugins one by one until you find the cause.
    Also try to enable a theme that comes by default in WordPress, I for example use the Twenty Twenty theme.
