Error activating the plugin STA

Hello everyone. I encounter an issue when activating the plugin. It shows me an error message in the header, in front and backend. It’s a new website so i use the last versions of wp and every element.
I tryed to change the theme and to deactivate all others plugins to see if there was an incompatibility between them. And result is the same. So, I paste below the error message. In advance, thank for your help.
