Error Activating Plugin: Zebra_Form.php

Hello, I am getting an error when I go to activate the plugin. I’ve tried uploading via FTP and also using the plugin upload utility in wordpress but I always get this error… it’s on a brand new install of wordpress:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in /home/mysite/public_html/thesite/wp-content/plugins/wp-ticket/assets/ext/zebraform/Zebra_Form.php on line 3353

This is the code for that line:
