Error activating and Registration shortcode doesn't work

  • When I attempted to install the plugin via wordpress and tried to activate the plugin, I got an error: “The plugin does not have a valid header.”. I then installed via FTP site. However after adding the correct shortcode to the newly created registration page, it was blank. (Yes, I used the correct shortcode but nothing showed, not even the short code).

    One problem, I can work with but this was two in the first few minutes.

    Thank you for your interest in our plugin. We did not saw this error in our testing. We are trying to replicate this error and if there is a code causing this problem, we’ll fix it asap in a patch.

    If you can send us details of other plugins being used on your site, and your WordPress version, it’ll help us move faster.
