    Hi

Today, after updating WordPress and WooCommerce, I received the latest version of this error
What should I do to solve the problem?

    Error:
The action_scheduler_run_queue program was unsuccessful to run. Your site still works, but it shows that programmed posts or auto-updates may not work as specified.

    Hi there,

Please share a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in your reply. Please note that since this is a public forum, you may want to remove any sensitive information that you don’t want shared publicly.

Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you!

    Hi there,

Thank you very much. From the report, it appears all scheduled actions have Completed successfully, which is good.

If you try to create a scheduled post (for perhaps 5 minutes in the future) as described in the link below, does it run successfully?

Also, if you check under WooCommerce > Status > Logs, do you see any entries for fatal-errors or failed_scheduled_actions? If so, please open the log and copy the contents in your reply here.

Please let me know how that goes, or if you have any questions!

    Hi there,

Thank you for sending those logs over. I see all entries in the log are about Critical Memory errors:

CRITICAL Allowed memory size of 536870912 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes)

A lot of them are coming from WP Database as well. It’s possible the scheduled events are hitting a memory limit and then failing, resulting in that message you are seeing with the action_scheduler_run_queue failing to run.

Please try reaching out to your hosting company to ask them if it would be possible to increase your WordPress memory limit, then see if you still experience the same issues.

It’s also possible there is a conflict with code in your theme or an active plugin which is causing the actions to fail (and/or causing memory to run out). To check for conflicts, please temporarily switch your theme back to Storefront and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce, then check to see if the issue is fixed. If it is, then you can switch your theme back and reactivate plugins one-by-one until you find the one that is causing the issue.

You can read about testing for conflicts in our documentation here:
    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

    I hope that helps!
