Hi @nhcr, glad you reached out!

Can you please go to your Security > Logs page > All Events tab and check if you’re seeing any recent lockouts that matchers the IPs/accounts for your site users that experiences this screen?

If there are no recent recorded lockouts for your users but they’re seeing that screen, can you check if clearing all caches (browser cache, plugin cache, server cache) would help?

Can you have them try connecting to a VPN or a different network and see if they can access the page without issues?

Let us know what you can find.

Thank you very much for your help.

There is lockout log as below.
    Module: Notification Center
    Type : Error
    Description: Sending Notification Failed
    Notification: Site Lockouts
Error: You must provide at least one recipient email address.

I could clear all caches and access to URL by a different network, but nothig change.

Is there anything else I can do?
    Thanks in advance.

Hi @nhcr, that error indicates that the lockout notification wasn’t sent due to not setting a recipient for the Solid Security admin emails.

To resolve, kindly add an email address or select a user role to be the Default Recipient?in?Security > Settings > Notifications, as seen?here.?
