Hey @vinifrozi , can you try connecting to our sandbox Mautic account to confirm that the plugin is working?

    https://mautic.verygoodplugins.com/
    u: administrator
    p: administrator

If that works then WP Fusion is running correctly on your site (no plugin conflicts, etc.) ??

Then you need to make sure:

    1. You are running the latest version of Mautic (4.4.2)
    2. Follow the guide here for enabling the API with Basic Auth: https://magefan.com/magento-2-mautic-extension/enabling-mautic-api
    3. Completely clear your Mautic caches

For a Mautic troubleshooting guide you can check out https://docs.mautic.org/en/troubleshooting

    Hope that helps!

Hi, with yours it works normally.

Now with my installation it is giving error. Can you help me, I can pass the accesses for verification

@vinifrozi is it a new error now, or the same one?

Unfortunately Mautic can be difficult to set up… we can only provide support for problems in the WP Fusion plugin, we can’t provide Mautic support.

If you have tried rebuilding your cache, I would suggest contacting your hosting company to see if anything is blocking access to the Mautic server (Firewall, CloudFlare captcha, etc).

We have also had some good luck getting Mautic support in the Mautic Support Facebook group at https://www.facebook.com/groups/1535038566611673

    The same problem

    (@vinifrozi)

Hello, the error only happens because Mautic and WordPress are within the same hosting.

Now when in another contract it works. But this is not feasible at the moment.

    Hi @vinifrozi ,

There is no issue with connecting to Mautic on the same hosting. You can see here we have connected to mautic.verygoodplugins.com from verygoodplugins.com https://i.wpfusion.com/gcBtVv

Since it is working from another site, that means you have properly enabled the API in Mautic. I also see the API working at https://nerkt.storygeek.com.br/api/contacts.

There must be something in your hosting that is blocking the connection between the sites (maybe an .htaccess rule, security rule, or caching).

You should contact your hosting company to see if they can figure out what might block a connection between your main site and a subdomain.

Thanks for the help, and it really is something hosting related.

I’ve already contacted my host about this.

Hey @vinifrozi , did you manage to get this working?

If you found the solution, it’d be helpful to share it here in case anyone else runs into the same issue. Thanks!

    (@vinifrozi)

Hello, unable to find a solution. the only one was to change hosting. But it is not my intention since I have a 3 year plan.

What would be nice and be able to login using API keys. If you can put this and if you have a way to put it here. Because there are also many servers that block login simulation, since you They use a mock login with Mautic’s HTTP Basic, the server/host blocks it.

I had to resort to a plugin that is right on the WOOCOMMERCE website, but you guys offer much more than they do. It would be really cool if you add the option to connect with Mautic by API

    (@verygoodplugins)

That’s a good idea. We have actually had this requested before, but I didn’t realize hosts were blocking Basic authorization requests. Did you ask them if they could put in an exception?

We have an open feature request at https://wpfusion.com/feature-requests/mautic-oauth-support/. If you leave a comment on it it will subscribe you to updates.

    Thanks for following up!

    (@vinifrozi)

Hello, they can’t compromise the host because of a plugin. But they give me all the support. I left the comment there on the page. Hope you see soon ??

    Hey @vinifrozi ,

Just letting you know we have just added Mautic OAuth support to WP Fusion. It’s available now in the full version (https://wpfusion.com) and will be released in the next Lite update as well.

    Cheers
