    It so happens that most of my duplicated variations have the postal services included in the product ebay shipping details.

    Some haven’t and are throwing the above error. Its odd as I have the shipping details in the profile for my t-shirts and would have thought that the profile would set the ebay shipping if one wasn’t included in the actual product?

    I can easily fix these and add the shipping to the product but its better to manage this through the profiles and overwrite whats in the profile only if a few products require something different

    Thanks for contacting support and sorry about the delay, our help desk was not notified of this post for some reason.

    As you may know the edit product page settings will always over ride the listing profile.

    But for listings that don’t have any shipping options set in the edit product page, you are seeing that error, which signals to me, that there is something wrong with your shipping policy set in the listing profile.

    2 other users had this issue and both users said that when they viewed the policy on eBay, the shipping methods were blank in the policy. Can you check the policy you have selected in WP-Lister on eBay on eBay? If the method is missing, add it back, refresh your account details by clicking the “refresh details” link on the accounts page of WP-Lister and try again.

    If that does not help, try creating a new shipping policy on eBay, refresh your account details in WP-Lister as explained above, assign the policy to the listing profile, and try again.

    I think I need to come back to this

    I got very fed up with the ebay business profiles and the 180 that I had over the years. So I opted out of them. Now I have got this error on all my 380 listings that are on ebay

    eBay returned the following error(s):
    Error: (90002)
    soap-fault: Input data is invalid.
    Error: (37)
    Input data for tag <Item.ShippingDetails.ShippingType> is invalid or missing. Please check API documentation.

    Now, all my listings on the ebay shipping options area are set with –use profile setting. When I check the profile for t-shirts there are no parts that are set to use profiles and I have done them all buy hand. they have always been like this as I have had issues with ebay business profiles before.

    I have updated the account and refreshed what i could

    I wonder what I would be missing
