    We have started to get error 9002 and 37

    I think I have had these before a few years ago but not sure what they are

    I have reapplied the ebay token but haven’t actually gone in to ebay to delete the integration I have because I cant find where ??

    The 37 seems to be something to do with packaging type, but in the dropdown in our profile it is empty

    Any ideas

    Are you on version 3.0.5 of WP-Lister for eBay?

    If not, please make sure you are, then try fetching the token again.

    If that fails you can try to delete the token directly on eBay, sometimes the token can become corrupt. This requires you to delete the token by browsing to the account settings > sign in and security > then locate the third party authentication section in your eBay account and delete the WP-Lister token. Then fetch a new token from WP-Lister.

    If that still does not work, please open a ticket with our support team so we can discuss this further with you so you can send us some screenshots and logs as well.

    Sorry, missed your second issue.

    In regard to error #37 and the packaging type, did you set a value for the “packaging type” field in the listing profile? If yes, did you make sure you selected the right option for the weight of the items you are selling?

    For example, say you are listing on eBay US and the item weighs 5 ounces, you cannot select “Letter” for the “package type” it must be set to “Parcel”. Letter’s can only be used for 3 or less ounces.

    OK thanks, I have refreshed the token but no luck do will see if I can find it in ebay UK

    But the error 37, we dont have a package type anywhere, there is a dropdown in the profile that is empty and our products have a shipping class which is set to Large Letter. There isnt a package type to fill in

    I have refreshed the categories and account and token but there is no package type anywhere

    It is likely that the broken token is causing WP-Lister to not be able to populate the package type with values, the token will need to be fixed first so you should reach out to support for further instruction.
