    Hello Trevor,

    I been hoping you are the solution for my problem. I desperatly try to handle big photo files. For the moment I can upload the files but I do net get a preview picture in the Mediathek of WP. Upload picture size was a jpg picture with 100mb

    Also it creates an error called:

    Sorry this file type is not permitted for security reasons.

    PHP version 5.6.30

    Thanks for any help.

    It’s possible your server is unable to handle creating the previews for such a large image. As for the file type error I’m not sure as jpg should be fine. Can you pull up the full 100mb image in the browser to see if it uploaded correctly?
