Error

I tried installing on 4.7.1 and everything seemed to be working just fine. Then, I was customizing with php edits, and trying to change background color in header in the customizer and then got this error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘<‘ in /home4/mywebdes/public_html/bodyboy.com/wp-content/themes/storefront-child/functions.php on line 3

Now my whole admin panel and site is down..
what is going on? How to fix?
