error: 530 Login authentication failed..plz help me

Response: 331 User admin OK. Password required

Response: 530 Login authentication failed
Error: Could not connect to server

this is the problem when i try to upload files using filezilla…
when i try using Installing Plugin from file..
its showing “Error: There was an error connecting to the server, Please verify the settings are correct.”

plz help me
my password is correct i can login to my admin dashboard
