error 522

    i am setting up a website on WordPress dns cloud flare the websites are in development stage and has not gone live ,it is a woocommerece site and cloud flare security certificate. I had a hosting package that allowed me five website and we were developing them same site different url for different countries , I started getting error 522 and the hosting company first ask me to delete woo commerce and i said its a online shop now they says they think i need a dedicated server which is costly.
    if i try to update plugins on WordPress it times out error 522 has anybody any ideas how to fix , i have started backing up the website and removing them from c panel to see if that works .
