Error 520 at Starter Templates

    Newbie here… apologies in advance!

    I’m right at the start of my site on WP, loaded Astra theme, Elementor plugin and Starter Templates plugin. That’s it… nothing else! I try navigating to the template library (Appearance / Starter Templates) and I get the Error 520 page. Also, I notice that I can’t edit with Elementor unless I go in Safe Mode. Deactivating Starter Templates plugin will allow Elementor to edit without Safe Mode on.

    I have Godaddy Delux Shared Hosting with unlimited bandwidth. Godaddy isn’t being helpful as they say it’s a plugin problem… contact brainstormforce. I’m hoping someone here may have some useful suggestions?

    Hi @dabrammer,

    Are you still facing the same problem if you use the latest update, which currently is v3.1.2?

    Regarding the Elementor editor issue, please try increasing the PHP Memory Limit and see if it does the trick. This doc will show you how to do that.

    Hello, I’m also facing this issue. I get a
    “No route was found matching the URL and request method.” error. And the preview page does not load also.
    This starter template seems like a new page design. I never had issues with the old version.

    Hi Herman @bsfherman ,

    Yes, my current version of Starter Template plugin is v.3.1.2. Below are the limits set in my .user.ini file:

    memory_limit = 512M
    max_input_vars = 5000
    upload_max_filesize = 720M
    post_max_size = 256M
    max_execution_time = 900
    max_input_time = 900

    Does any of this look suspicious? Thanks for your time on this!!

    Can you confirm if you have tried syncing the library once to see if it helped for No Route found error?
