Error 504 Gateway Time-out

    Hi, I’m having a problem with the plugin, installed correctly and it lets me see the templates but when I click to add or create a new story, the page keeps loading and gets a 504 error.
    I use cloudflare and wp-supercache on my page.

    1 – in the productive environment it also happens
    2 – The wordpress api is active
    3 – There are no errors in the state of the site, related to the rest api

    @felipeasprilla You mentioned you’re using Cloudflare and WP Super Cache. Can you please clean or purge all cached content? If possible, could you temporarily disable any web application firewall settings at Cloudflare to check if the plugin loads?

    When I visit your page I am getting a connection timeout error and server response errors which may indicate a problem at your hosting level/ server side.

    As previously mentioned, the overall resources for the site may be the issue here, and that may be what is keeping Web Stories from loading effectively. Please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

    I already disabled cloudflare and wp super chaé and it still loads slow. You do not get an answer since it is a test server and it is not on all the time, it is usually on from Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Colombia), we could agree on a specific time so that you can connect.

    @felipeasprilla Thanks for the update. Unfortunately at this point, it does appear that the slowness that you’re seeing with the Web Stories plugin is related to your hosting environment and is not something that the Web Stories team is going to be able to help you troubleshoot. I’d suggest contacting your hosting provider for assistance. Thank you!
