• Hello, guys. I have been having this problem for the last 3 days and it’s driving me crazy! I hope somebody can help.

Long story short: I cannot load my website’s login page from my IP.

I explain: My website (thefontsmaster.com) loads just fine every time I open it. But when I try to login (https://thefontsmaster.com/wp-login.php), I get this 503 error (https://i.imgur.com/YLiisgt.png). I have checked with other IPs and it works without any problems. This error appears only with my IP!

I have contacted my web host company (Arvixe) several times and they have made clear to me that there is nothing going wrong on their end. No bans, no blocks for my IP.

I have contacted my ISP and they confirmed that they can’t find something wrong by them either. They told me to do a trace route and told me that the results were fine (https://i.imgur.com/aBCsdoE.png) and that the problem should come either from my web host or from WordPress.

I must let you know that I had installed 2 plugins lately (Simple IP Ban and Wordfence) which might had something to do with this, but I logged in from another IP, cleared their settings, deactivated and deleted them completely.

I really need to solve this issue, so any help will be greatly appreciated!

If someone needs more details, I’ll be happy to provide them!

    Thank you in advance!

    Anyone?

I am having the exact same issue for two weeks now. I have 2 WP installs and both are doing the same thing, getting a 503 error when I try to access the admin login. My friend is able to access it at his house just fine. I have deactivated the plug in directory through FTP but no change.
My web host (arvixe) says everything is fine since they and others can access the login page. My ISP says it is definitely a WP issue. Someone please help.
    Thank you.

    Wow!!
Is it a coincidence that Arvixe is our host?

I hope we can find a solution to this! :/

That is what I thought when I read your post. Mighty suspicious. I friggin hate arvixe anyway. I have been fighting with them over this issue now since the 9th. They gave me the same answers.

I got same error. Please help me fix it.

Has anyone figured this out yet???

VictorCody, did you have any solution to this? I am having the same problem and it is only from my IP. Same host.

If you have access to your hosting error or access logs I would do a search on your IP address to see if any error messages are being displayed. These log files should tell you a lot.

No this has not been resolved. I am in the process of changing all of my sites away from arvixe. These sites are used as a significant extra income to me and I have not been able to update any of my wp sites for well over a month. I have argued with both comcast and arvixe over and over and over for hours on end to no resolve.

I have the same issue and feel the same about Arvixe. The only solution I’ve found is to change my IP with my ISP…but not a satisfactory solution. I do use Wordfence. What is going on and how do we stop it? I’ve lost valuable time to this issue. Anyone else?
