• Hello,

    Since last plugin update, it is giving me Error 503 when I click on WooCommerce > Dashboard.

    This error happens on 3 websites with different themes and different servers.

    Can someone help me?

    @kezily A new version was released in the last 24 hours. Can you update to that version to see if it resolves your issue?

    Hi @wpmuguru,

    I updated the plugin but the error continues. It takes more than 15 minutes to load all the information. During this time, the site goes down.

    This only happens when I click WooCommerce > Dashboard.

    I have the SAME problem. Exactly the same. it is giving me Error 503 when I click on WooCommerce > Dashboard. Please advise.

    Have you tried deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce & WooCommerce Admin to see if the issue still exists?

    Yes, I’ve already disabled all other plugins and also tested with the Tweenty Nineteen theme. The same problem happens.

    Have you checked your server error logs to see if there are any messages related to the 503 (service unavailable)?
