    Hello team,

The plugin is running on the latest version (free version). It is the ONLY plugin running on the site. Yes, we have only 1 plugin active and it still does it.

The site is on a default 2022 theme. The site is hosted on a Vultr HF server – dedicated to this site.

We tried deleting the plugin altogether and re-installing it. We also tried using the Yoast test helper plugin to reset any options/db tables and still the same issue.

There are no errors or PHP errors. We can provide login details if you’d like, please let us know how.

We tested other SEO plugins and they work fine. How can we fix this? As we’d prefer to use Yoast if possible.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello Visuallydesigned,

I’m sorry about the 503 error. First, please check that your server meets the plugin requirements. Moreover, a 503 – service unavailable error means there was a bad connection to a server. Have you tried contacting your hosting provider to get more details about the error or error logs? Having the log file and the errors there would be a good starting point for us to find the cause of the issue. Unfortunately, we don’t accept login details but our Yoast SEO Premium plugin comes with one year of (technical) support.
