I short time — no. You want Platinum-level support 24-hours for free. I’m not a provider of free-support-24-hours-in-same-minute.

If you dont’ want to pay, then ping me back after a week. Most possibly you will find a reason of this issue and will solve it by your self. Or will not, which means that this is not actually a seroius issue.

Money is a great tool to filter actually serious issues/feature-requests.
