For the past week, I keep getting the Error 503 after I try to update an existing page on my site. I get the message that the update was not possible to take place, and then my site goes down (error 503). The only way I am able to access my site again is via FTP, and then I have to change the folder ‘jetpack’ to ‘jetpack_old’.
I have my site for 2 years, and only this week I am getting these problems!
This morning, I have installed the Jetpack plugin as new, and I have lost all my email subscribers… and I had 70. This afternoon, I got the Error 503, again.

I did submit a ticket to Jetpack, but so far, I’ve never received any reply.
I have lost all my subscribers and my contact form no longer works – I had to delete it from my site.

@blackmario We’d need the plugin active to run our tests, so please contact us via https://jetpack.com/contact-support/?rel=support so we can take a closer look.

@profitscc What was the first portion of the email address you sent it from, before the @? Support load via email is very light right now, the possibility that you did not receive a response is very unlikely.

James, I no longer own the domain profits.cc
My email is [removed] and is on my wordpress profile.

James, I’ve just noticed that I was logged in as ‘trymattress’ when I’ve submitted the ticket to Jetpack. My email is [removed]

James, I did submit a new ticket, now.
This is the message I have received:
“Your support request has been submitted to our team of Happiness Engineers. We will respond as soon as possible.”

I’m still not seeing anything from the previous two mentioned email addresses in our system, so if you don’t receive a reply in the next 6 hours, please just email support (at) jetpack (dot) com

Twice I have received automatic replies from Jetpak:
“Your support request has been submitted to our team of Happiness Engineers. We will respond as soon as possible.”
Is your Contact Form out of order as well – just like mine, on my site?

In both cases, they were just a message displayed after submitting.
I never received a copy of what I wrote, in both instances.

I had the same issue on saturday. I had to deactivate all plugins and have been activating them one after the other. I try Jetpack today and the problem returned. I am currently not using Jetpack. My site is https://moskedapages.com
