• Hello everyone,

Yesterday I updated my wordpress version to the most recent version, and since then I encounter “Error 503 Backend fetch failed” on some, but not all of my pages.

Is this because of the update ? I updated a few other plugins but I restored a previous save.

If you have any advice, thanks in advance !

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @alfiebanfield,
The?Error 503 Backend fetch failed?is a server-side error that occurs when the server is unable to fetch the requested data from the backend.

?Here are some steps you can take to resolve the issue:
    1. Check your server logs:

    2. Disable plugins:

    3. Check server settings:

    4. Clear cache:

    5. Contact support:

    Hi @alfiebanfield,

The 503 error is a general server-side error, and it may have more to do with your hosting than anything else. Meanwhile, you can also try these steps to troubleshoot this issue:

    • Run a theme/plugin compatibility test. Use FTP or a file manager provided by your hosting, switch to a default theme and manually deactivate your plugins as described here.
If there is a theme/plugin conflict, the best thing to do is to contact their support team and let them know about this issue, as they can give you more technical help.
    • Clear your cache and cookies
    • Restore your previous backup and check if it resolves the issue.

However, if the issue persists, you should contact your hosting support to check for any server-related issues and help you fix them.
