Error 502 Bad Gateway
-
I am using a Kadence theme (Virtue) being hosted by GoDaddy. I keep getting a 502 bad gateway error when I’m working on my site. This only started happening since I started trying to add some jump links within my site. I’m not sure if this is related or purely a coincidence.
I’ve spoken to GoDaddy who say that is everything is fine there end and it might be an ISP problem. However I’ve been getting this error when I’ve been connected to three different ISP so I’m sure that’s not it. To create the jump links I’ve been using the following tags ….
I am the target text.
and then creating a custom link within a custom menu using the URL with #unique-identifier.
I’ve also tried different browsers and changing from a Mac to a PC (as I managed to convince myself that the Mac was the problem).
I’ve tried deactivating my plugins – however I can’t do what I need to do without Site Origin Page Builder or Site Origin widgets (or at least I don’t know how to) so I can’t really test if deactivating those makes a difference.
Any help would be much appreciated!
Thanks in advance.
