• Hi Matthias,

some days ago, I tested the 1.10.7 (beta) and everything seemed to work fine.
2 days ago, I switched to the final version and now I am experiencing a problem with SEPA-Payments (subscriptions).
At the checkout, I get an error 5000 (General problem with backend). It seems like all the data finds it way to the Paymill backend, but then gets set to “failed” (on both sides).
On my side, sometimes a new order is created, but payment is pending. Sometimes only some strange dummy data order gets created and cancelled immediately.

    So:
    1) Is there anything regarding SEPA that you’ve changed in the last week or so?
    2) OR: is this error 100% on the Paymill side and has nothing to do with the plugin?
    3) OR: do you have another idea where I should look at for debugging?

    Thanks a lot in advance.

    Best,
    Jens

    Hi Jens,

    thank you for your feedback.

    1) absolutely, not, nothing
    2) I’d assume yes, because a 5000 error gives me same answers for that issue: none.
    3) Yeah, you could look into the debug directory in paymill plugin folder which includes many information for further debugging purposes.

As mentioned in the other ticket, we have a higher chance to get it fixed for you if you would go the “official” why by escalating a ticket in Paymill’s support channel.

    Kind regards,

    Matthias

Thanks for the fast answer and I need to apologize.
My fault. I started SEPA payments in USD. SEPA only works with EUR. I suppose that’s what caused the failure.

Maybe this helps other people that run into the same issue.
