Error 500 when using profile tab

    Hi, i’m using profile tab to try to create some extra tabs, but after setting the tab, when I click the tab, the account page shows an error below:

    Error 500 – Internal Server Error
    an error was encountered while processing your request. Typically this is a temporary condition. Please contact the web site owner for further assistance.

    the tab url is something like this:
    https://www.realinshanghai.com/user/11?profiletab=my-orders

    In profile tab option:
    Roles with this tab => leave blank
    Roles that can view this tab => admin memeber
    Private Tab => checked
    Position => 10
    Force to front => unckeck
    Custom URL => blank

    ultimatememeber version => 1.3.88
