Error 500 when backup database

    Hi,
    I’ve just installed that plugin
    When I try to save the database only (or with some files), I get a 500 Internal Server Error :

    I don’t exaclty know what to do.

    Before that error, the process seems to work for a few datatables but then stops

    Have you checked your server error logs and see what’s recorded in there, when that error happens?

    I don’t know where to see the server error logs.

    Contact your hosting company and ask them to provide access to server error logs

    In the XCloner Settings->System tab there is an option called “Database Records Per Request” , you could try to decrease that to a lower limit to see if it helps with the 500 error, it’s probably a memory limit you are hitting.
