    Hi there,

Can you tell me when the error shows ? is it when you activate the plugin right away ?

also, who is your hosting provider ?
what version of PHP are you using ?
and do you have errors showing up in the error log ?

    Thank you!

thank you for the feedback @oanhtran1804

We tested this on 3 different domains, aside from local machines. I wonder if there’s a conflict with some other plugin you may have. ( not sure, just guessing ). The error log should show what the exact error is. If you want to investigate further, here’s how to see the error log in godaddy.

    Thank for your invest time.
I tested one by one and find this issue when i active dokan plugin (free on wordpress):

Fatal error: Call to a member function get() on null in /home/mydata-website/public_html/wp-includes/query.php on line 28

P/S: this error only happen when install your plugin. Normaly dokan work fine and not appear any error

By the way, may i know:
    1) where is my ticket created page?
    2) what is shortcode of “create new ticket” to enter anywhere?

    Thanks

ok so we figured out the error and will be updating the plugin soon so it’s compatible with Dokan.

The plugin automatically creates a support page, usually it is yoursite.com/support.

You do not need a shortcode, this page is automatatically created and it is exclusive for the support system.

Best regards and thanks for your feedback
