    Hi everybody.

    We’ve problems with the plugin. When we try to edit some product, WordPress sends a HTTP 500 error advising that it can’t process the request.
    We’ve verified that when we deactivate the plugin, the Woocommerce functionality works fine.

    This is our current configuration:
    WordPress version: 5.4.4
    WooCommerce version: 4.6.2
    PHP version: 7.3.23
    Facebook for WooCommerce version: 2.1.4
    Theme: Qode Bridge 23.1

    Please, can you give us a clue or solution in this technical issue?

    Thanks for reaching out about Facebook for WooCommerce! I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue, but I’ll be happy to help.

    As a starting point, I’d like to rule out any potential conflicts that might be causing this issue. Would you please start by temporarily switching to a default theme, such as Twenty Nineteen? If the issue is resolved, then this is a theme issue and you should speak with your theme developer or the developers of the theme you’re using to see if they can resolve it.

    If the issue persist, could you please try temporarily disabling all plugins except for WooCommerce and Facebook for WooCommerce? If that resolves the issue, you can try re-enabling your other plugins, one by one, to see which one is causing the issue.

    Could you please let me know what you find?
