Error 500 – Referrer Policy: strict-origin-when-cross-origin

I just noticed this error when I visited Members > Roles > Has Users.

1. Request URL: https://www.*******.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=roles&view=active
2. Request Method: GET
3. Status Code: 500
4. Remote Address: 78.***.***.58:443
5. Referrer Policy: strict-origin-when-cross-origin

Can anybody replicate this?
