    Hi,
    A short time ago I was having problems with my site, getting the 500 error. Siteground support told me to install the sitegraund Optimizer plugin as this helped response times. Indeed when I install it and configure it the error disappeared. Last Sunday I did a conflict test and disabled the SG Optimizer plugin and then enabled it again. At that moment the 500 error appeared. Is it possible that the cache has been emptied and that is why the error is appearing?

    Hello @viperboys,

    I checked the site, and it is not showing error 500 at the moment. I checked it several times, and it loaded correctly every time.

    To check this further, we will need to recreate it and test the site and see what might be causing this, as error 500 is a general one, and one of the probable causes is a plugin conflict or not emptied cache from another plugin.
